Robin represents the Wrotham, Ightham and Stansted Ward. He is the cabinet member for Climate Change, Regeneration and Property.
"The Betts family have been farming in Kent since 1495 and I am proud to continue this tradition with our family Dairy Farm and our Artisan Cheese business.With this long-standing farming connection, I understand the need to protect our valuable rural parishes. I have two children, aged twelve and thirteen, who both attended St Georges Primary School at Wrotham and excelled. This has been my first term as a Borough Councillor and it has certainly been a learning curve but so very rewarding. I am Vice Chairman of two Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council committees, Audit and Economic regeneration, and I enjoy being given the opportunity to make positive contributions for the benefit of improving our Borough for all residents."
